Installation Process
Whether you prefer travertine, concrete or porcelain pavers, we are confident that you will enjoy spending more time in your outdoor space when the job is done! We employ a multi-step installation process that allows us to offer the best warranty in the industry! Our installation pros begin a multi-step compaction process that ensures that we are starting with a rock hard base layer. This will be followed with additional grading and surface preparation before the actual installation of the pavers. Depending on the layout, we may use a large diamond plated concrete blade to cut curves into the pavers. Take a close look at your finished product and you will see that we set all outside pavers in a cement base. This “locks” the pavers in place and is critical for long term stability. We never cut corners and this allows our projects to stand the test of time to allow you to enjoy your pavers for years to come.
Warranty
We put our industry leading lifetime installation warranty in writing. If any of our paver installation projects experience settling or sagging during the course of normal use, we will return to your project site and make the necessary repairs for free. We install all of our concrete, travertine and porcelain pavers over a compacted aggregate that is prepared with multiple steps in order to form a hard base. Due to our professional installation methods we believe that you will get many years of usage from the finished construction product. Pool Decking and Coping
Travertine is a popular choice for pool coping and decking. It is a much more attractive option when compared to concrete decking and also offers significantly reduced surface temperatures in our hot summer months. Concrete pavers will absorb and retain heat which is not ideal in the hot sun. But, because travertine is a natural stone product, it reflects heat and is close in actual surface temperature to Kool Decking. We recommend that travertine be a top choice for pool decking and surrounding patios. It looks beautiful and integrates well with a variety of home designs.
